Heavy damage dam-age lo equipment of Major General Pershing's Per-shing's command in Mexico was reported todav in dispatches to i he war department depart-ment telling of the storm which swept his lines Christmas day. Masts of the wireless stations at Colonia I Hiblan and Valle were blown down and field hospital hos-pital No. 3 was demolished. The commissary com-missary storehouse and many other structures were badly damaged, the walls being blown in and roofs carried away by violent winds. -t least 73 per cent of the tentage at Cokmia Dublan was destroyed and telegraphic tele-graphic communication was interrupted along the line. |
