Show POSSESSION OF BAD COINS IS ALLEGED James Fogarty, charged with having counteifeit coins in his possession, will be placed on trial this morning before Judge Tillman D. Johnson and a jury in the United States court. Fog-art v will be defended by Attorney-Thomas Attorney-Thomas Marloneaux, while the Interests of the United States government will be looked after bv Assistant United States Attorney David S. Cook. Thomas J. Callaghan, United States secret se-cret service operator for the lntermountain j section, will he the principal witness for the government.
