Show BIG KING LISTED ON THE EXCHANGE Application for listing of the stock of the Big King Mining company on tho local stock and mining exchange was grunted yesterday and the stock was regularly called in the afternoon. Tho company, which owns nineteen claims opposite Silver Fork, in Big Cottonwood Cot-tonwood canyon, is capitalized for (iOO,-000 (iOO,-000 shares of the par value of 2o cents. The application for listing sets out that the company has no bonds, litigations or conflicts. As to development work, the statement state-ment is made that there is an incline shaft sunk forty feet, 165 feet of tunnels, tun-nels, a cabin and other mine supplies on the property. There are several well-defined well-defined fissures paralleling the property, northeast and southwest and southeast and northwest. Tho Big King Mining company is being be-ing financed to carry on active winter development work. Thore is an abundance of timber on the property for all necessary buildings and mine timber. The officers are: S. A. Parry, president; presi-dent; H. B. Cole, vice president; II. H. Harris, treasurer. These, with G. E. Halstead and B. P. Critchlow, compose the board of directors, with F. Metz, secretary. |
