Show 'U' OF CALIFORNIA WILL MEET OREGON SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3. The most important football game to be played tomorrow to-morrow on the Pacific coast is that between be-tween the University of Washington and the University of Oregon at Eugene, Ore. Many believe that the result of this contest, con-test, will decide the supremacy of the coast, in view of the decisive beating which the Oregonians handed to the University Uni-versity of California recently. Under the tutelage - of Coach Gilmour Dobie. the Washington eleven has had an unbroken record of victories for the past eight years, but the showing made by the Oregonians this season has been such that they are accorded a fine chance to win tomorrow. The last victory registered reg-istered by Oregon over Washington was in 1907, when they won by a score of C to 0. In California the main Interest will center on the struggle between the University Uni-versity of California and the University of Southern California at Los Angeles. The Berkeley sfjuad is considered the stronger of the two and generally is expected ex-pected to win. The game at Corvallls between the Oregon Ore-gon Aggies and Whitman will be played in the morning, in order to permit the players and spectators to attend the Oregon-Washington game in the afternoon.
