Show SHERIFF'S SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. In the District Court, in and for Salt Lake County, Slate of Utah, Empire Trust Company, as trustee under mortgage made by Ohio Copper Company dated August Au-gust 22, 1907, plaintiff, against Ohio Copper Cop-per Company, Ohio Copper Mining Company, Com-pany, Clark Grove, Edward McCormick and Charles T. Lark, as trustees of Ohio Copper Mining Company, bankrupt, Bingham Bing-ham Central Railway Company, International Interna-tional Exploration Company, General Exploration Ex-ploration Company, Bingham Coal & Lumber Lum-ber Company and Utah Power & Light Company, defendants, to be sold at sheriff's sher-iff's sale at the west front door of the county courthouse in the city and county of Salt Lake, State of Utah, on the 29th day of August, 10 10, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, all the estate, right, title, claim and interest of said defendants and each of them (except as hereinafter specified) in and to the following described real estate situate in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, to wit: 1. The conveyance of the foregoing mining min-ing lands is subject to agreements contained con-tained in two certain aeeds or the Ohio Copper Company, created, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nehraska, and the Utah Copper Company, created, organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, wherein and whereby vertical planes to the center of the earth were established between the properties of said respective companies, compa-nies, and apex rights under the United States Mining Laws were surrendered by each to the other, said deeds being recorded re-corded in the record of said Salt Lake County and being hereby referred to and made a part hereof. The conveyance of the foregoing mining lands also being subject, however, to a right of way granted to the United States Mining Company, a corporation of Maine, for an aerial bucket tramway over a portion por-tion of said What Cheer, Elvina, Alls Well No. 2 and Gold Trail Lode Mining Claims. Reference is hereby made to U. S. Patents Pat-ents for each of said claims for complete description thereof by monuments, metes and bounds. 2. Also the following portions of the Cunningham Lode Mining Claim, patented, patent-ed, U. S. Survey No. 3863, the patent for which claim "is recorded in the records rec-ords of said Salt Lake County in Book "5-u," at page 245, and of the Dederlchs Lode Mining Claim, patented, U. S. Mineral Min-eral Survey No. 3S62, the patent for which claim is recorded in the records of said Sait Lake County in Book "6-F," at page 1, to wit: Commencing at post No. 1 of What Cheer Lode Mining Claim aforesaid, as officially surveyed, and running thence south 76 deg. 30 min. east 998.16 feet to the southerly side line of said Dederichs Claim, as officially surveyed; thence north 4S deg. 51 min. east along the southerly side line of said Dederichs Claim to the point where the said side line intersects tiie southwesterly end line of the Weasel Lode Mining claim, lot 426; thence north 31 deg. west along the said last mentioned end line to post No. 3 of said Weasel Claim; thence north 28 deg. 55 min. east 100 feet to the easterly end line of said Dederichs claim; thence north along said last mentioned end line and along the northeasterly end line of the Cunningham Claim on a course bearing 37 deg. 56 min. west .o the point where tiie northeasterly end line of said Cunningham Claim intersects inter-sects the southeasterly side line of the Henlev Lode Mining Claim, U.
