Show PERRINE HOTEL TO CHANGE OWNERSHIP Special to The Tribune. TWIN FALLS. Idaho, Julv "n. The Pcnlne hotel, the rirat hostelry built in the Twin. Falls country, and one ot the best known in the northwest, will be laken over the first of the month hy a company known as the Twin Falls Hotel company. The new corpoiaMon is capitalized capital-ized at' Jl'-O.uiin, and is headed by F. F. Bracken, president of the Idaho State bank : of this city. Articles of incorporation were ' hied hy Mr. Bra '-ken as president; A. B. ; Colweli, vice president; Thomas M. Robertson, Rob-ertson, secretary-treasurer. Utiier stockholders stock-holders are: A. M. Bowen, George F. Spi ague. F. C. Smith and Roy M. Sprague, all of this ciiy. The hotel, originally projected by I. B. j Perrine, for whom it was named, was built i by I he Twin Falls Investment company, and the names appearing upon the Grig-, ina! incorporation papers, which were iiled i in, ihe old Ca.ssia county courthouse on June 16, 190 1, were R. M. McColltim, Thomas Costello, John Crocker, Benjamin C. Sammons of Chicago and S. 11. Hays of Boise. Active engagement in hotel management will not he undertaken by the new company, com-pany, which plans to operate the hotel under lease and rental of the hotel and the various offices in the building. |
