Dear Sirs: As requested, I am writing you my opinion 0f the pos. sIMlities of the Gold Hill group. I want to state clearly that I have always been confident that the Gold Hill claims would make a big mine with but little develop, ment work ever since my first visits to the property. " Now however, since the work in No, 1 tunnel has shown that a widening' of the ore is taking place, and since the discovery of copper we throughout the great quartz-porphyry dyke I am positive that th, Gold Hill group is going to make a shipping mine with but very Utile mrei1feelC'absolutely sure that the copper sulphide ore in No. 2 tonne! which is becoming richer as the tunnel goes in, is going to develop1 i Sto a splendid, body of high-grade copper at the contact of quartzitS i and limestone, now some forty feet ahead of the face. This develop. ! ment will, I believe, take place much quicker than anyone anticipates j nieui, wiii, Yours sincerely, !J THEODORE NICHOLES.
