Show Farmer Commits Suicide. Special to The Tribune. HAILEY, Idaho. July 30. C. N. Smith, ; a prosperous farmer southwest of Fafr-' Fafr-' field, committed suicide last Thursday ' morning at his home by placing the muz-: muz-: z!e of a ,2--caliber rifle in his mouth and pulling the trigger. He lived about three hours after the act. He was about ho years of age and leaves a wife and j:'; several children. At the time this hap-i hap-i ; pened his wife was in the yard gather-; gather-; j ing kindling for starting the fire in the kitchen stove. No cause is known for ! ; committing this act, as he was prosper-! prosper-! oub and his domestic life was happy. : Br. D. P.
