The appellate court of Illinois today upheld a decision of the superior court granting a temporary injunction in-junction io Cliicaeo school teachers a pi ins-1 the board of education, restraining' restrain-ing' it from enforcing- the Txjeli rule barring them from membership in the Chicago Chi-cago Ten criers' federation. Approximately 000 teachers arc affected by the decision. , The board sought to obtain from all the teachers employed in the cii- a -'IMjre that, they would not ha"1 rwiy affiliations with the federation.
