ORDER OF NOTICE THEREON. District of Utah. On this 29th day of April, A. D. 1916, on reading the foregoing petition, it Is ordered or-dered by the court, that a hearing be had upon the same on the 10th day of June, L. 191 j. before sajd court at Salt Lake'CHy, in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, and that notice thereof be published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed In said district, and that all known creditors and other persona in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, whv the prayer of the said petitioner peti-tioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the court that the clerk shall eend by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and tills order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated. .
