Show COURT RESTRAINS NEW YORK CENTRAL NEW YORK, Dec. 2S. Justice Arthur S. Tompkins of tho supreme court today to-day granted an injunction restraining the New York Central railroad companv from consolidating with the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern, mid from Issuing $90,000,000 consolidated 4 per cent bonds in the place of Si per cent bonds, which the corporation seeks to refund, pending a. retrial of tho case on its merits. The injunction was asked by the Continental 'Securities company as a stockholder.
