Show Coming Attraction. One of the grandest Musical festivals in Provo's history will be given at the Opera House on Wednesday evening. The chorus of the B. Y. Academy, numbering seventy five voices will render two fine operatic choruses. Prof. Alonzo H. Baird who is unequaled as a solo pianist in the Territory, will perform among other selections the great Liszt E flat concerto for the first time in Utah. Mrs. M. C. Hull one of Salt Lake's favorite vocalists has been engaged for the occasion and has selected one of Stephen's popular solos for her number. The remainder of the programme will be made up from our best local talent. |
