To the Honorable Tillman D. Johnson, judge of the district court of the United States for the district of Utah: Albert A. Cartwrisrht of Garfield, in the county of Salt Lake and stale of Utah, in said distrirt, respectfully represents that on the 9th day of October, last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under un-der t he acta of congress re!a ting to bankruptcy; that he has duly surrendered all his property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all requirements require-ments of said ai-ns and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy. Wherefore lie prays that he may he decreed by the court to have a full' die-charge die-charge from all debts provable a era ins t bis estale under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
