OCR Text	Show New Koadmaster Named, Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Nov. 19. Another employee was added to the Osrten staff of the Union Pacific railroad today in the appointment of Richard Vaughn as roadmaster for the ninth district, which includes all territory terri-tory between this city and Fvanston, Wyo. He will make his headquarters in Ogden. Mr. Va ughn was formerly road-master road-master in the fifth district headquarters at Laramie, but with the resignation of O. C. Wilkes ho was promoted lo the ninth district. Todav the nw roadmaster roadmas-ter accompanied A. W. Woodruff, trainmaster, train-master, on an inspection trip over tlie Park City branch.
