MUSICAL SOCIETIES ARE HARD AT WORK L. D. S. University Glee Club and Band Are Practicing for Concerts This Winter. The L. D. S. university Glee ciiib has organized for the winter. At a meeting of the club during the week Ursuu Pratt was elected president and Leslie White manager. Regular weekly meetings will be held. The club is under the direction of Professor Pro-fessor B. Cecil Gates of the L. D. S. I', musical department. The members are Leonard Xebeker. Gorman Martin, Claude Cornwall. Sam Kusson. Thomas .Jensen, Lew Thompson. V. K. Edwards, Hulon Free. Jerrold Beesly, Orson Pratt. Leslie Whit1, Rots Lund, Lorenzo Sum-merhays, Sum-merhays, Ray Dorins. Vaughn lloldaway, P. V. Jensen. Wallace Bennett, Wallace Freeze and William Schwendeman. The L. D. S. I", band membership has increased wonderfully in the pa-t three weeks. The boys art practicing for concerts con-certs to be given after the Christmas holidays.
