GERMANS TELL OF SEfifilJREAKOOWl Army Almost Entirely Used Up, According to Report From Berlin. BERLIN, Nov. 13, by wireless to Say-ville, Say-ville, N. Y., Nov. 13. The following statement regarding the situation in Serbia was given out today by the Overseas News agency: ! Dispatches from the Serbian front give impressive descriptions of the breakdown of the Serbian military organization. During the recent Austro - Hungarian - (j-erman - Bul-gariaji Bul-gariaji advance, more than 51,000 Serbians were taken prisoner. There were 40,000 Serbians already in Austro-Hungarian hands. The Serbian army on a war footing numbered only 300,000. The army further lost 478 cannon, can-non, while it possessed only 14 cannon. Thus virtually all the artillery ar-tillery has been lost.
