Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, duly held September 9, 1913, an assessment of one-half .of a cent per share por month, for 'three month?, was levied on the outstanding capital stdk of the corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, assistant secretary, at room 701 Mclntyre building, as follows: One-half cent per share, payable Immediately. Im-mediately.
