Moves, the veteran railroad man who died at his home In this city last night, will be held on Tuesday afternoon, aft-ernoon, with services in the Third ward chapel at 2 o'clock. Bishop "W. D. Van Dyke will havo charge The body will lie ln state at the home. 12119 Grant avenue, ave-nue, and may be viewed by the friends on Monday evening and up to the hour of tho services on Tuesday. Born In Paisley, Scotland, in 1S3S, Mr. Moyo:) came with his parents to Utah In 1SG3. For thirty-five years he was an employee of tho Southern Pacific company "in the capacity of machinist helper In the local shops. Eight years ago he retired from active servico. His death was duo to general -Oeblllty. Tho surviving relatives are tho widow, two daughters. Mrs. Maggie Hartog and Mrs. Ulllc A. Jackson, and two sons, Norman K. and David E. Moyes. There aro also five brothers, William. Robert, John. Stewart and Alexander Moyes. Mr Moyes was a cousin of tho late David Eccles. |
