Show THEATRICAL FOLK HOLD CELEBRATION Visiting theatrical people held their Christmas celebrations Jast night on tlie stages of the Orpheum nnd Empress theaters. At ihe former, local newspaper men and their wives joined with the players as the guests of Martin Beck, while at the latter house the celebration was participated in onlv bv those taking part In the Empress bill and tlie employees em-ployees of the theater, 'Manager Chester Sutton acting as host. Luncheons started the programmes and were followed by Impromptu numbers by members of tho various companies. Dancing was the principal feature of the evening's entertainment and continued until an early hour this morning; In fact, it was In full swing until "Officer C6C" appeared with orders to closo up for tho night. The Christmas party of the Utali theater thea-ter was held on the stage of that house Wednesday night after the show, when Mr. and Mrs. Willard Mack and Manager Man-ager J. II. Garrett entertained the members mem-bers of tlie company and their friends. |
