Palllser and Hurold 1L Hills opened offices of-fices "In tho Scott building for tho prac-tlco prac-tlco of architecture. Mr. PalllBor and Mr. Kills aro well known in this city, both men having been formerly associated asso-ciated with Frank W. Mooro. Mr. Pal-llaer Pal-llaer Is a graduate of tho Columbia Pchool of Architecture aim lias had two years of beaux arts work. He received early training with tho ilrms of MclClm. Mcado & Whllo and Thomas W. Lamb in Now York city, on such ImlldlngH as the Bellevue hospital, Knickerbocker Trust company and the Pennsylvania railroad station. Later Mr. Palllsor went to n Francisco Fran-cisco and thore. with Bliss &. Favlllo and with Willis Polk, worked on tuch buildings as the Bank of California, tho Swings Union bank of San Francisco, the D. O. Mills National bank at Sacramento, Sacra-mento, the Columbia theater, the lnl-verslty lnl-verslty club and the St. Francis hotel in San Francisco. Mr. 'Hills has a degree de-gree In engineering and lias followed engineering work and nrchltucturo for tho past live years.
