Show BOLLES MAY RETAIN CASH ALREADY PAID Decision Eendered in Civil Suit Over the Everglades Lands in Florida. KANSAS CITY. Deo. 6. H. J. Bollcs of Miami, Fla., president of tho Florida Fruit Lands company, may ro-tain ro-tain $1,400,000 paid to him by the company for lnnds in the evergladeB of Florida and in dividends, according to a decision of Circuit Judgo Guthrie here today in a civil suit brought against Bollos by trustees representing 12,000 purchasers of the oTorgladea lands.
