Show HURL BOMB ID ARE Binira Two Young Italians Wreck House in Los Angeles; May Be Other Victims. LOS .ANGELI3S. June 16. Two young Italians wcro terribly burned and mangled 'by a bomb which thoy hurled uider the porch of a house at 1502 East Fourteenth street early today. The house was completely com-pletely wrecked and it is. believed the occupants oc-cupants were killed. The bomb exploded as soon as It struck and the two men were so close that they recoived the full force of the explosion TVTtli their clothing ablaze they fled screaming. Pedestrians who had given pursuit finally overtook them and rolled them In the street until the flames were extinguished. The two men were rushed to the receiving receiv-ing hospital where their wounds and burns were dressed. The explosion had ripped nearly all of the clothing from one. One of the prisoners gave his name as Peffino Principe, but the other refused re-fused to talk. The police believe the bomb outrage was a sequel to the aond-Ing aond-Ing of blnckhand letters to the owner of the house, who Is said to bo a fruit dealer. The police searched the wrecked house to ascertain If any of the occupants were caught In the ruins. Persons passing at the lime say no one was seen to emerge from the house uftcr the explosion. |
