At the intercession of the county attorney who prosecuted Healy nnd later was convinced he was Innocent. Inno-cent. Healy, after fourteen mouths In prison, was paroled. Me left the state. Four ycsirs later Healy was arrested again In California for violating his parole by leaving the state and returned to the Kansas prison. |
