Show Court Investigates News Leakage. JEFFERSON" CITY, Mo,. Nov. U. Judpes of the court of Missouri arc much wrought up over the "leak" in the International Harvester company ouster decision, which permitted contents of the court's order to become known in New York and elsewhere in advance of the court's sitting today. Chief Justice Valllant. aided by .Justice Lamb, bean an Inquiry late today in an effort to tlx responsibility for tho "leak." Newspaper correspondents, clerks and other court attaches were questioned. The inquiry will po on until the Judges learn how their llndlng .was plven unauthorized un-authorized publication or they become convinced the task of obtaining such Information In-formation is futile. Tho report that the Harvester company had been ousted was circulated in New York at 10 o'clock this morning. The court did not conveno until 10:50 a. m., and It was 11:07 when its decision was handed down. Knowledge of the decision affected the New York stock market.
