Show Not at Laredo. I.ARICUO. Tex.. Nov.' I I. So far as can be ascertained tonight a party of followers follow-ers of General Bernardo Reyes reported to have left San Antonio last night for Laredo to be near the border in anticipation anticipa-tion of a revolutionary outbreak in Mexico, Mex-ico, has not reached this city. Railroad men say they know nothing of the coming com-ing of tho party. The usual rumors of an Impending revolution revo-lution were heard today again, but in eacli Instance they were found to be without foundation. Rumors of purchases pur-chases of horses, urms and ammunition by Rcyistas have been without confirmation confirma-tion and have met with denial from the reputed sources of supply. That a large number of political refugees refu-gees arc making this city their headquarters, head-quarters, however. Is a fact. Jn many Instances they are political and personal friends of General Reyes and they give as an explanation of their presence their known adherence to Reyes and the fear of persecution therefor. So far as can be ascertained no troops have been removed from Monterey toward Laredo. |
