In said district, respectfully represents repre-sents that on tho 14th day of July last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt bank-rupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy: tha,t ho has duly surrendered surren-dered nil his property and rights of property, prop-erty, and has fully complied with all the requirements of said acts and of the orders or-ders of tho court touching his bankruptcy. bank-ruptcy.
