At the mas meeting held by llie taxpayers of Wil-lard Wil-lard to consider the question of the establishment es-tablishment of a water works system a largo majority were in favor of the plan. Mayor White reported that the waters wat-ers of the Halsane Grove spring hail been filed upon and the filing had been approved by Slate Engineer Tanner. The work must bo coninioneed within six months, and I ho plant completed by August 1, I0U, in order lo hold the waters' of tho spring. Engineer Monson of Salt Lako has made his estimate and says the plant will cost $15,000. R. It. Lyman of Salt Lake will also furnish estimates, and another nioeling of the citizens will be called to consider the two plans.
