Show VETERAN FIREMEN TO GIVE ENTERTAINMENT At a meeting of the Salt Lake City Veteran Vet-eran Firemen's association Siuidav afternoon after-noon in Veteran Firemen's hall. 271 Canyon Can-yon road, final arrangements wore mado for tho giving of a party on tin- evening of Washington's birthdav anniversary. The meeting was well attended and .lames Peacock, president of the association, associa-tion, presided. It was planned that a social gathering will take, place in the early part of the evening, followed by danclng. The committee which will havo charge of tho affair is as follows: .Mr. and Mrs. Henry Taufer, Mr. and Mrs. William Artt. Mr. and Mrs. John Sncll, Mr. and Mrs. TIarry Cottle. Mrs. Harry Burns and Miss Ethel Simpson. The Veteran Firemen's hall will be doc- I orated iu the national colors and thcro will bo a group of young ladles dressed In colonial costume, whoso duty It will bo to serve the refreshments. |
