Daniel Frohman, the theatrical manager, announced today that he and Mrs. Frohman, who was Miss Margaret IJllngton, the actress, hod do-cldcd do-cldcd upon a separation, with a view to an ultimate divorce. Mrs. Frohman is In California, where Bho Is recovering her health, following a breakdown from hor arduous work on the stage. Mr. and Mrs. Frohman wero married in November, 1003. Mr. Frohman's statement state-ment follows: "Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Frohman "have decided de-cided upon a separation, with a view to ultlmato divorce. "Mrs. Frohman and 1 agreed to this recently. Sho desires to tako up her residence res-idence permanently in California, whero the climate agrees with her, and whero sho has always been well, even when acting. act-ing. She has retired permanently from the profession and will remove with hor parents to tho Pacific coast, where her relatives reside, and will live with them. There is no scandal involved in this disagreement; dis-agreement; no man or woman la the causo of it; in fact, tho arrangement is far moro amicable than hostile on cither part. Miss llllngton has achieved x'arlous successes suc-cesses on the stage under the management manage-ment of her husband.
