Splesnagle, stole a quantity of T3aas ale from the warehouse of the Union Storage company, November 17, 1907, wns sentenced to three years In the 'Slate prison by Judge Armstrong In tho Third District court Monday. Fisher was found guilty by n Jury last week. Spltznngle pleaded guilty when arraigned Monday and was given eighteen months. The light sentence was the ro-snll ro-snll of the fact that Spltzimglo lold the oftlcers of the burglary before it. had been reported and assisted the prosecution prosecu-tion in every way.
