The Judge was somewhat opposed to taking tho court out of the district, .but in view of the importance of the case, and being anxious to hear the legal phase fully presented, he finally submitted sub-mitted to tho urgent request of counsel and adjourned tho further hearing of tho case till Monday morning next, when it will be resumed at Salt Lake City. |
