Tho Union Pacific Railroad company today began enforcing the order limiting tho tlmo of tralnmcnt to sixteen hours of actual service ser-vice and giving them eight hours for rest at all terminals. Trains caupht on tho road at the expiration of fllxtecn hours will be tied up for eight hours. Fast Trains Delayed.
