Show Must Report Cases of Tuberculosis State Eoard of Health Has Found It Necessary to Again Remind Physicians. Once more haa tho State Board of Health found It necessary to remind the physicians of the State of tho Importance of their obeying tho law regarding the reporting of CSS eg of tuberculosis. The following letter was yesterday addressed to every physician lti the State: In view of tho fact thnt many casus of tuberculosis aro not reported to tho Stato Board of Health In uccordanco with thn law, enpy of which Is enclosed. It become tho duty Of the board to adopt stringent meuurtg for tho enforcement of the name; and you a.e notified that hereafter nnj- caso of failure, to report, which eomen to tho notice of ths Stat Board of Health, will be Investigated; and If It shall appear that the law has been violated, prosecution will bo Instituted.
