Silver and Lead Mining nnd Milling company filed Its answer yesterday to tho suit of A G Lamson, wherein th latter claims damages dam-ages in the sum of mora than $1,200,000 for the alleged unlawful extraction of ore frcm properties claimed by the plaintiff la Bingham. Lamson set up a plea for triple damages, the value of ore alleged to have been extracted being placed at more than J-100.r'0. In Its answer the Dalton Dal-ton & Dark company alleges that title to some 6f the mining claims Involved does not rest In Damson, but in the Sampson Mlnlnc company, by Judgment of court duly rendered and never reversed The defendant also pleads the statute of limitations lim-itations and asks that tho plaintiff tako rothlng bj his suit
