Kelly, the founder of that undertaking by which Republican mountain has been penetrated to a distance dis-tance of 8000 feet, came In from the East yesterday, and accompanied by P. J. Donahue, the oxport mining man of this city, will begin a pllgrlmago among tho various camps of this State. Mr. Kelly haa driven some of the longest tunnols in the Western country, and along that particular lino of development has a record that is perhaps unequalled.
