Pluto county, where court la sitting today. Martin Johnson complnlned that J. 11. Ford et al. had built a dam on Cove river below plaintiffs plain-tiffs land and that the result was tho Hooding of his farm. Judgment was rendered ren-dered for the plaintiff.
