Pca-. body of Colorado, replying to a telegram from the National Association As-sociation of Manufacturers, In session here this week, commending him for his stand during the recent labor troubles in his State, says: "The labor strikes In Colorado aro ended, save a slight rebellion led by professional agitators. Law and order has been re-established and1 obedience to our Constitution and Its laws must and shall be maintained.
