OCR Text	Show HELD TO COURT FOR DISTURBING PEACE Special to Tho Tribune. HELPER, Utah, May 11. Sylvester Te-desco Te-desco was bound over before Justice Ward to appear ln the District court at the June term to answer to tho charge of rioting, disturbing the peace and breaking the quarantine laws. He Is accused of assisting as-sisting "Mother" Jones to escape from quarantine at Helper soveral weeks ago. Ho was unable to furnish tho $1000 bond required, and was taken to Price and placed In tho "bull pen" with the othor Italian strikers. Jamco Martcllo. the Helper saloonkeeper, was tried on the snmo charge as Tedesca and bound over His bond was fixed at ?S0O, which he furnished fur-nished and was liberated.
