FAMILY IN NEED BECAUSE OF SICKNESS A sad case of destitution was brought to light yesterday at the hearing of John Staley, a fourteen-year-old boy charged with incorrigibility. His latest offense was the theft of a horse, which he traded awny nt West Jordan. It appears that the boy's father has been crippled with rheumatism and unable to work for several months. There are eight children ln the family, the oldest being 1(3. Father, mother and children have been living for months in two small rooms, and their only support has been through the efforts of the mother and larger children. Young Staley wns held to the District court, together with Joseph Krogh. who Is 12 years old and helped pull off a burglary.
