Complicated Suit On a Note The trial of the case of O F Rohrer vs Jeremiah Schenck and the National Bank of the Republic intervenors was on before Judge Hiles yesterday with Attorney C C Dey representing the intervenors and Messrs Breeze and Sawyer for the other parties to the suit The action was brought to collect 3750 on a promissory note The defendant de-fendant Schenck garnisheed funds in the suit of the National Bank of the Republic vs A F Rohrer et al Schenck paid the money toa receiver and now the fight for it is between 0 R Rohrer and the National Bank of the Republic The banK claimed that A F Rohrers F h note for 2000 had been wrongfully assigned as-signed to O R Rohrer The trial was proceeding at the hour of adjournment adjourn-ment
