to be interested in the original location lo-cation of the Copper Globe mine territory terri-tory In Emery county left here this morning in a private conveyance for the property forty miles south of Ferron l is reported that big litigation will result from their investigations as it Is claimed St V L Sieur does not own the property as has l been generally supposed and accepted in this section It seems that when Le Sieur and All man first heard of the Copper Globe they went there together to stake the ground They differed as to how the lines of the claims should run with the result that they agreed to disagree and each put up his own stakes Later Le Sieur took an option from the parties par-ties whowere interested in the property prop-erty and this he took up last week or I rather paid to some and tendered to ethers Allman now asserts that he does not I know Le Sieur in the mater and that his location still goes and Is a valuable part of the Copper Globe property In < i s fact that the ore shipped out and to come In from now on is from his location valuable loca-tion The property has lately become A Cherry Creek Bonanza Manager Sam T Thompson leaves tomorrow to-morrow for Cherry Creek Nov to start up the mill on the Laurada property prop-erty recently incorporated in this cty Reports from the property are very encouraging en-couraging indeed and the belief is ertertained that with the continued widening of the pay streak which it gives every indication of doing the property will prove a veritable bonanza bonan-za Assays made from the ledge at a depth of sixtyfive feet
