OCR Text	Show Another Complication in Chinese Exclusion Cases WASHINGTON Oct 23Another serious complication has arisen in regard to tho enforcement of the Chinese exclusion act Two Chinamen who came in from Canada and were caught in North Dakota were taken back to the Canadian line by tho marshal but the Canadians refused to let I them in except upon the payment of the head tax of 550 each The Chinamen had c6j no money and the marshal is holding them for instructions The new state of affairs Is an embarrassing one and the attorney general is now considering it
