OCR Text	Show I The Omaha and Grant smelter to be Enlarged DENVER Col Oct 25lSpecial telegraph tele-graph to THE HEUALD Tho Omaha and Grant Smelting and Refining company today to-day decided to enlarge its plant and awarded award-ed contracts amounting to 75000 for the l construction of new furnaces stock and t machinery The capacity of the plant will be increased from 400 to TUG tons of ore daily which together with the companys output and the Omaha branch will make a total of 1000 tons Half a million dollars will be expended for the projected increase and 500 additional men will be employed making the plan of the largest of its kind in the world
