of George Lawrence deceased which real real estate he claimed had been illegally legally sold for taxes Dr Worthington reported the number num-ber of county patients at St Marys hospital five and St Marks one The petition of D B Despain and others asking for the appointment of a new road sujj rvisor for District No 20 was filed I was ordered that certain repairs be made on Seventh East street under the supervision of Selectman Morris Th receipt of H T Duke for sidewalk side-walk tax 36696 was filed The coroners verdict in the case of John Atkins was filed A communication from County Treasurer Lynn reported funds on hand to pay all registered county warrants war-rants up to No 2200 The petition of Samuel B Taylor et al for road repairs in Pleasant Green ward was referred to the selectmen I war petition of James Taylor et aI for assistance in constructing a drain dttch from the lake at the intersection of Fourteenth South street and RedWood Red-Wood road was granted An estray notice and summons served on the county clerk by William I W Merrill justice of the peace of Bluffdale was referred to the county I Blufdale attorney I I The petition of H D Webster for I relief on account of tax sale was referred re-ferred to Selectman Bamberger The application of the Fisher Brewing Brew-Ing company for liquor license was I granted and the bond approved The application of A C Newell for I liquor license was laid over His place of business is on the corner of Fifth East and Twelfth South An application of F D Hess for the appointment of road supervisor of District Dis-trict No 7 was filed The report of the number of boarders at the county jail showed the number of inmates for the month of April to be 26 and the number of meals furnished I fur-nished 1807 I The report of the county infirmary April 30 showed for the month ending Apri the number discharged during the month ten and the present number of inmates sixty I The claims in the inquest account were laid over and
