| Show tonTHE CLEJIENCEAU CASE The Boston Aldermen See Two Full Dress Performances to Determine if it be Immoral Special to THE HERALD Examiner Dispatch V BOSTON Dec 10A special full dress rehearsal ofThe Clemenceau Case was given at the Park theatre yesterday for the benefit of the board of aldermen in order that those gentlemen might judge of its fitness fit-ness for public presentation They were all present but they have not yet been able to decide the matter although ic is understood under-stood that all but one favor granting permission per-mission They are satisfied with its present form In order to make no mistake however how-ever they decided that before final action acton was taken they should see the play at least once more Accordingly the board attended at-tended another performance last night and it is expected that a majority at least will now be willing to let the play go on without another inspection The audience at the closely special presentation scanned the piece |
