THE TROUBLE OVER TIlE CREOLE NO 2 The talk of the week has been the complications com-plications which have arisen over the ownership of the Creole No 2 property H O Young and sons and others scs working the ground on a lease from D Condo E Berry and G Blackburn the locators A fine vein was struck a short time ago and a shipment of ten tons of ore made The property is within the patented ground owned by D C McLaughlin and known as the townsite On Tuesday the following notice was served on the leaser H O Younget al Take noticeThat the ore taken from the Creole No 2 mining claim so called in Uintah mining district Summit county Utah and delivered at the samplinir mill of R Mackintosh in Park City belongs tome to-me and I have notified Mr Markintosh of the same D C MCLAUGHLIN Dec 24 1BB9 The Union Pacific railroad was verbally notified to the same effect This seems to be the commencing of trouble which when taken into court will develop some interesting inter-esting points The FALL It has snowed every day during the last week and compared with other years at this season the storm is unprecedented Fifteen men were required all the time during the week to keep the road open from the Ontario No3 to No2 and the same number with teams were required in the canon to keep the road passable The Salt Lake Eastern trains were snowed In and were unable to get through The Union
