Scouters were recognized for their accomplishments ac-complishments of the past year, as a farewell to the Antelope An-telope District as it is now organized was given. WELCOME WAS given by Steven Cottrell and the invocation in-vocation by Niel Cowles. Melvin Banner introduced the guests and the Cannon Fifth Ward catered the dinner. Meredith Palmer gave a history his-tory of the district. Arrowhead Honor awards were presented by Richard D. Belnap to Lloyd Crawford, Alfred Schulze, Dewane M. Tippets, William A. Cooley, Joseph H.
