Show CodtjGo irf ill r T Pounder annexation CENTERVILLE - A public hearing will be held next Tuesday, Dec. 4, to discuss Centerville's proposed annexation an-nexation of about 1 15 acres of property presently in the unincorporated area of Davis County. THE LAND being considered con-sidered for annexation is located primarily north of the present Centerville city limits to the center of Lund Lane ; and east of Interstate High-' ; way 15t -- - The proposal would extend Centerville's boundary on the north from the north line of the recently annexed property (more than 300 acres) to include the south half of Lund Lane, explained Mayor Golden Gol-den Allen. "IF APPROVED, this would conclude Centerville's annexation plans," the mayor noted. "There's just no more property to be annexed in any direction." The previous large annexation annexa-tion by the city was challenged by a few property owners but was ruled legal by the Utah State Supreme Court just a couple of months ago.
