HARBERTSON fFed Irc Temple In a May 28, 1980 wedding ceremony, Vicki Garfield became be-came the bride of Robert Creer Harbertson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The rites were performed by the groom's father, Robert B. Harbertson. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Daryle L. and Alma Garfield, Gar-field, 2975 N. 750 E., Ogden. The groom is the son of Robert B. and Norma Harbertson, 912 N. 1000 E., Bountiful. A wedding breakfast was held for the couple in the Royal Palace in Salt Lake City. The reception was held in the West Bountiful Ward and at the Ben Lomond Stake Center in North Ogden. THE BRIDE wore an original origin-al polyester crepe gown with a ruffle around the bottom, long straight sleeves with ruffle at the cuff, a high lace collar and neckline. It also featured a long train. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Ryan Shaw, Mrs. Greg Garfield, Gar-field, Miss Michelle Garfield, Miss Shauna Garfield, Miss Lisa Harbertson and Miss Marci Harbertson. THEIR GOWNS were made of black trico, each held a bouquet bou-quet of white roses, white daisies and black and white feathers. The mothers' gowns were black, white and grey. They wore corsages of white silk roses. BEST MAN duties were performed per-formed by Scott Harbertson. Ushers were Greg Garfield, Ryan Garfield and Ryan Shaw. Prenuptial parties were given by the Harbertson family, fami-ly, Creer family , close friends of Robert Harbertson, close friends of Vicki Garfield, neighbors of the Harbertsons, and first grade team at West-land West-land Elementary. VICKI IS a graduate of Weber We-ber State College. Robert is a graduate of BYU and fulfilled an LDS mission in the Ura-guay Ura-guay Paraguay Mission. The grandparents of both the bride and groom sat at the sign in desk. AFTER A trip to Palm Springs, Calif, the couple will make a home in Centerville. |
