Debbie Reed and Martin Rose Debbie Reed to wed Martin Rose March 26 Mr. and Mrs. Deri Ward Reed, Manila, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Debbie Jane, to Martin L. Rose, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy R. Rose of Erda, Utah. The wedding will be solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple March 26, 1982. There will be an open house that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Erda Ward Cultural hall in Erda. A reception in their honor will be held March 27, at the Manila Ward Cultural Hall from 7 to 9 p.m. in Manila. Debbie graduated as Salutatorian of Manila High School in 1978. She was employed for one year by Reed Machine and Fabrication of Manila following graduation. She then went on to attend Hollywood Beauty Coilege in Logan, graduating as a licensed cosmetologist in September 1980. She attended Utah State University the following year. Debbie is presently operating her own beauty shop. Deb's Hair Care, in Manila. Debbie plans to relocate her business in Erda. Martin graduated from Tooele High School in 1979. He was an active member of the FFA, raising registered sheep. He is presently a junior at Utah State University majoring in agricultural mechanics. Martin was a member of the 1981 Utah State Livestock Judging Team, placing as 9th High Individual in the sheep competition com-petition at the National Collegiate Livestock Judging Contest at Louisville, Ken. The couple plan to make their home in Erda, where Martin will be employed em-ployed on the Taylorsville Stake -Welfare farm. |
